We work with private investors on our own property projects: buying properties that need work, refurbishing them, and either selling them or keeping them as serviced accommodation or rentals.
Each project is agreed individually, with terms set out in writing by independent solicitors.
We look for properties where careful refurbishment adds real value, mainly in London and the South East.
We manage every project ourselves, from purchase to completion, so you deal with the people doing the work.

Every project is different, but most follow these four steps.

STEP 01
We find the project
We identify a property, cost the works and plan the exit before any money is committed.
STEP 02
We agree terms
If you’d like to take part, the terms are agreed between us and documented by independent solicitors.
STEP 03
We deliver it
We manage the purchase, refurbishment and everything in between, and keep you updated throughout.
STEP 04
The project completes
The property is sold or let as planned, and you’re repaid in line with your agreement.
