K&A Property Partners Ltd was founded by Kedy and Angelo, bringing together decades of experience from complementary industries with a shared focus on quality, detail, and long‑term value creation.
Kedy brings over 20 years of experience across hospitality, luxury retail, and the property sector. After 5 years in luxury hospitality, she progressed into management within luxury retail, specialising in high-value sales, customer service, client relationships, and team leadership.
For the past 10 years, she has worked in residential property, managing property portfolios and selling premium new-build homes across London. She has also managed Airbnb and short-term rental properties in the UK and overseas, combining strong commercial insight with a client-focused approach.
Angelo brings over 30 years of experience in hospitality, from hotel management to fine dining within both family-run businesses and established hotel groups. Throughout his career, he has also been involved in major refurbishment projects within the industry.
He later transitioned into a 12 year career in IT support and infrastructure working for local government and large organisations on infrastructure and application support, as well as complex building and refurbishment projects. This strengthened his expertise in delivering building systems that support efficient project execution within realistic timelines.
Together, Kedy and Angelo combine commercial expertise and a strong commitment to client service, delivering practical, results-driven property solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
